Our experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While we enjoyed our spacious room and the convenient beach access, the housekeeping wasn't up to par, and we faced some major issues with management that tainted our stay. I had a wonderful time at the Grand Atlantic Oceanfront Resort. The spacious rooms offered great oceanfront views and were well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The pools were fantastic, both indoor and outdoor, providing plenty of fun for the whole family. However, the daily maid service fell short of expectations and could be improved.

My stay at this hotel had a few highlights, like the spacious rooms and access to lovely pools. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with pest control issues and some rude staff behavior which took away from the overall enjoyment of my trip. The location is nice, being close to the beach, but given the challenges I faced, I wouldn’t feel inclined to return.
